Beerburg's Year Round Beer

HAZY INDIA PALE ALE

Idaho 7's tropical, pineapple, and citrus flavors are boosted with stone fruit and melon juiciness from late additions of El Dorado. The result is like biting into a perfectly ripe tangerine.

WEST COAST INDIA PALE ALE

Bold citrusy pine flavors from early Chinook additions lay the foundation for this modern West Coast IPA. Late-fermentation Cascade and Chinook add fresh orange that is perfectly complemented with a burst of peach, guava, and candied orange peel aroma from a post-fermentation dry hopping of Luminosa.

PILSNER

This Americanized pilsner was brewed with Texas malt from the Llano Estacado and American hops derived from traditional noble German varieties. Its bold lemony citrus and floral hop flavor is balanced by distinct and lightly sweet Texas Pilsner malt.

mexican style lager

This easy-drinking lager gets its name from its unique ingredients. A variety of barley named "Violeta" grown in the northeast US provides a honey-sweet base, Texas heirloom blue corn adds lightness, and American Mt. Hood hops add cedarwood and floral notes for balance. Clocking In at a cool 4.5%, this one will keep you refreshed through the hottest summer days.

MEXICAN STYLE AMBER LAGER

This amber lager is a cut above your average corner store light lager. Its base of bready Vienna malts are enriched by Texas heirloom blue corn, which gives the beer gorgeous copper and purple hues. The flavor? Crisp, bright, and sweet like a homemade tortilla.

American Stout

Beerburg Wildcraft Beers

juniper india pale ale

Juniper berries ripen in November, becoming plump with rich blueberry and juniper flavors. Chinook hops pair perfectly with deep pine and grapefruit flavors. Pale Malt adds just a touch of color and backbone to this winter IPA that will get you through any apocalyptic, tree-shattering ice storms that come your way.

HERB & SPICE ALE

If our Wildcraft series had a flagship, this would be it! It features our four favorite foraged herbs (Horehound, Mugwort, Yarrow, and Juniper) as well as yeast harvested from the “moon flower,” a Deadly Nightshade on our property (don’t worry – the yeast isn’t the deadly part). You can expect a complex, balanced mix of floral, herbal, and spicy flavors that finish surprisingly smooth and crisp.

YARROW BERLINER WEISSE

Yarrow is one of the oldest and most used of the classic brewing herbs. Its intense bitterness is matched by its incredibly bold floral aroma. While you can find it in most gruit recipes, we gave it center stage in this sour kettled berliner weisse that melds tart, floral, sour, and bitter in the best way.

GRAPE BLONDE ALE

Foraged Mustang grape juice was added to this brew to create a sweet, distinctly wild, white wine flavored brew. Its light body carries a complex blend of subtle floral, honey, and pear flavors that pair perfectly with the Belgian-esque flavors of native Texas yeast.

PECAN & MESQUITE BROWN ALE

This fall seasonal uses mesquite bean flour from McAllen-based Cappadona Ranch, and pecans from Oliver Pecan Company in San Saba. The fiber in mesquite bean pods taste like toffee and the two native ingredients ripen at roughly the same time, making this pecan brittle-esque brown ale a natural combination for these two Texas ingredients.

HONEY WITBIER

This traditional witbier is made with local raw wheat, local honey, traditional spices, and each year’s Pink Boots proprietary hop blend. A portion of the proceeds from this beer are donated to the Pink Boots Society.
